Lesson 3

Mary Kay Image

We think of Image as only how we dress, thanks to two superstars in Mary Kay you will see that it is soooo much more.

TODAY'S ASSIGNMENT:
Read Pam Waldrop Shaw's outline and take it step by step to analyze how you shape up. If someone hasn't commented on what a fabulous hair cut, style you have ...now's the time to update. How SHARP is your SUIT? You will not rise above the image you project. Are you looking for SHARP, DYNAMIC WOMEN? The truth is if you LOOK GOOD you FEEL GOOD and, when you feel good, you are confident and more willing to talk to strangers. Earn points by doing the suggestions below.

Carol Hatem's article on language is so helpful. When was the last time you thought about your presentation skills. Sometimes its not WHAT we say, but HOW WE SAY IT.
50 pts
Rehearse the opening and closing of your skin care class in front of a mirror. Tape it and listen back.....what changes could you make? Share in the form below if you practiced your opening and closing and what changes you might make.

"Become the change you want to see--those are words to live by." --Oprah Winfrey

Just begin typing in the form box. Just type like it is all one long line. You'll have plenty of room to type your message. Use the TAB key (left hand, little finger) to move to the next field. Don't hit the enter key because that will send it.  If you do by accident, then use your back button to go back, and finish, then send it again. After that, you may skip the Director and e-mail windows, but be sure to put your name in the form. If you're not from my unit, be sure to continue putting in the name of your Director, so your reports go to her.
