Have You Set the Pace for Success Yet?

Many of you have taken the opportunity to set the pace for success with the four-CD Set the Pace for Success set. Recently, Darci™ received an e-mail from Independent Beauty Consultant Carren Fullington of Sterling, Ill., expressing how valuable the information in the set was to her. Carren wrote that since starting her Mary Kay business she has been trying to gather as much information as she can to help her feel comfortable in her role as an Independent Beauty Consultant. She read and listened to a lot of educational material, attended special events, and participated in workshops conducted by Independent Sales Directors.
Then, Carren attended a Pacesetters Class. During that class, Carren was reminded of the Set the Pace for Success CD set and that Independent Senior Sales Director Judy Gieson of Dixon, Ill., had encouraged her to listen to it. Carren remembered that she had ordered the set almost four months ago, but hadn’t had the time to listen to it yet. She rushed home and listened to the “Booking and Coaching” CD. “I definitely experienced an “Ah-Ha” moment while listening to the CD,” says Carren. “All the pieces just fell into place!” Carren now feels much more comfortable booking appointments and coaching her hostesses.
