50 points for each new appointment you booked today
100 points for each guest who attends the sales  meeting
100 points for each interview held and a sheet handed in
100 points for every face you do at a facial or class.
500 points for each new recruit.
50 points for coaching one hostess today.
100 points for reading a motivational book or listen to a tape daily for at least (15 minutes)
20 points for passing out a business card/sample and getting a name.
1 point for every dollar of product sold today.
1 point for every dollar of wholesale product ordered today.

Having been in Mary Kay for 25 years, people would ask me “How did you keep the business going?”  I had developed the “Perfect Ten” program and always go back to it!

The Initial goal is to have 10 CLASSES on your Books.
The goal at each class is to book at least 2 more which will give you a total of 20 classes.  (I don't care if you don't want to hold all 20, you just dovetail the extras to Team Members or other Consultants)  STOP USING THE EXCUSE, "I couldn't hold all of them," so you don't book.  Just think if you dovetailed 10  of your classes a month. 15% dovetail income might look like this: $250 X 10 classes or $2500 x 15%  = $375 just for booking them!!! AND if you have a  Team you are dovetailing to you make your commission on their wholesale orders...which helps put you on track for your car!
When ever you go to a class and you do not book at least one more class, YOU MUST get on the phone and book a class so that you NEVER fall below 10 Classes.

Why is this so IMPORTANT?

Consistency is the Key to Success.  You always know when you are working.
You know exactly when you will be placing your next order if you are short an item for a customer.
Your pay check is consistent.
You become very organized and effective at your appointments.
You will ALWAYS be a Star Consultant earning prizes and recognition
If you hold at least 3 classes a week at $250 average you will be Court of Sales
If you ask at least 2 people to hear the marketing, you will have 20 interviews up at all times. You will recruit a minimum of 2 per month = National Court of Recruiting.
You will be on track for the red hot VIBE!!
You may choose to be a Director and the goal will be fun and exciting because all of your Team members came from classes, love the product and love how we do our business.
BELIEF...you will know that you CAN DO THIS BUSINESS!!
