21 Day Pacesetters

WELCOME TO OUR ON-LINE PACESETTERS!

I will have this Pacesetters Class available to you from January 10 - February 28. You may choose to do this just during the week days, or over the weekends, or any combination. Should you fall behind, jump back in and keep going. If you need to skip a day, that's ok. Or double up on a couple of days.The pacesetters will end on December 18. Final assignments and points are due then.

We will be setting the pace for things to come. If at any time you decide that you do not want to participate, please let me know. Success will meet you half way, I can teach you all I know, but it is up to you to put it into practice.

Winning is an "inside" job! You'll want to PACE yourself! (Personal Activity Creates Enthusiasm)

If you act enthusiastic, you will become enthusiastic. Enthusiasm will bypass the sub-conscious mind. Whatever you can conceive and believe and truly act upon will inevitably come to pass.

Together we will be building new habits, new character and most of all you will be building a strong business. This will be fun, challenging and exciting.

Each Dynasty Unit member who completes the 21 Day Pacesetters will receive

Instructions:

Over the next 21 days as you do these exercises, please e-mail every day with your results and assignments using the form at the bottom of each day's assignment page.

Call me at least once a week. Preferably after every success! 785-826-1740

Complete as many of the assignments as you can each day. You will receive 50 points for completing each of the daily assignments.

Each day there will be optional bonus assignments offered. The points earned on these assignments will help you reach the top positions.

If you don't get everything finished for one lesson, you can submit the form for what is completed, and you may continue doing assignments on another day and just add the points for a previous day's assignment to the bonus points section of the current day's form. (am I making sense here??) What I mean is: Don't resubmit the same form. If you are adding more points to a day already submitted, add those points on to the current day's form in the bonus section.

Post to the message board after each assignment for an additional 50 bonus points. Share how you met the assignments and any results you had, which will encourage others.

TIME MANAGEMENT OF YOUR 20 HOURS IN MARY KAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE THIS

1 HR. FOR PAPER WORK

2 hrs for deliveries & mailings

2 hrs for 2 facials

2 hrs to attend meeting

3 hrs to do 3 recruiting interviews

4 hrs to do booking, coaching and customer service

6 hrs to do 3 classes a week
