Dear Classmates,

I have often wondered where my classmates are and what they are up to. I've often traveled to different parts of the country and have wondered if there was a member of the Class of 68 in that part of the country. With a website like this, easily accessible to all, we can keep up with address changes, grandbabies' pictures, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. When we travel to a part of the country that has a classmate, we could even give them a call and possibly hook up for lunch.

I imagine that we'll get much more activity as we near each 5-year reunion, but having it on-line at all times, having it accessible and available for immediate updating (rather than waiting for a reunion directory every 5 years), sounds like a bonus to me.

I have been asked to explain how much this website costs to keep on-line. It costs $60 per year--$5.00 per month. That's the cost of the server that hosts it and the domain name. I paid for the first year and created it just for fun. If it is something that you feel like helping me with, that would be great. If you'd like to underwrite a month or a year or whatever, then that would be wonderful. I'll keep it up as long as we enjoy it and we use it. If the money runs out and it seems no one is interested, then it may go to cyber-heaven.
