Submitting Your Sales
Did you know that when you keep score, your score improves? Totaling your sales each week will improve your sales. It's a good thing!! Using one of these three methods below will help you keep track of your sales. You would receive recognition for all of your sales and you would have a record of your sales for tax purposes.  It even tells you how much money you need to set aside to reorder more products and tells you your hourly wage.

New! FREE for tracking Weekly Sales! Boulevard Express Way--do your summaries on your own computer and e-mail them to your director!  Love it!! Just download and install (make sure you download the correct one--either Canadian or US). You can even back it up to your computer. Not only is this a great way to get your summaries to your Director by e-mail, but it will also total your sales for the year! When you decide to upgrade to the full-blown version of Blvd, you can purchase Blvd and import these summaries easily!  This is my preferred way for my consultants!!

OR...

You can post your sales on-line using the company's on-line summary.  Go to www.marykayintouch.com and click on Record My Weekly Accomplishments under My Business in the right column. By clicking the little down arrow next to the date, you can record information for past weeks, too. Below are the directions for entering your sales on Intouch.

Click on the Weekly Accomplishment link under My Business at www.marykayintouch.com.
Fill out the date (use the little calendar to the right of it for speed.)
Fill in each box. The hostess box can also be used for reorder customers, or even just recording the number of calls you make. Click on each blue link for more information and ideas for use.
Include the time invested.  Did a reorder take you a 1/2 hour to call, sack up, and deliver? Then put .5 and your time will be added up.  15 minutes? Put .25.
Track basic skin care sets sold, sales, and use the drop down arrow to choose whether it was a facial, a class, a reorder, etc.
When you've filled out all the little boxes, click add.  Then you can add another hostess or another reorder, etc.
When you've entered all your tickets, click next. Fill out as much of the next 5 screens as you choose, but go to the 6th screen and click submit.  Print a copy for your own records.
Thank you for doing this!  You can do it daily with every sale, or weekly, or even monthly.  Just DO IT!!
Each week you'll notice that I have a reminder on the calendar at Intouch for you to do this!  Then go to our dynasty website and submit your IPA's under contests.
